He therefore created two spaces, one entirely dedicated to gastronomy: LA TABLE DES ÉCHEVINS and the second more accessible: LE BOTERZING which offers bistronomic catering. In the heart of Douai, this place has been entirely designed so that a lunch or dinner turns into an enchanted gastronomic interlude. Brunch on Sunday, once a month.
