Our beautiful region deserves its products to be highlighted. My objective is to transform the harvests of the organic producers of our region, in particular its fruits, to make an Immortal Elixir. This custom distillery will also be the place where Gin, Absinthe, Rum and Whiskey are created. All of these products will be made with organic and preferably French ingredients and herbs, carefully selected.
