Producers of smoked garlic from Arleux for five generations, Jean-Hubert and Fréderic have been involved for six years in the IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) process. Thus, they contribute to the sustainability of smoked garlic from Arleux by maintaining the quality and know-how associated with this culture. In an equally traditional way, they have developed the culture of shallots and onions (yellow and red) that they offer you to buy on their farm.
