Description
After a decade spent at the “Cerisier”, Jérôme Prévost wants to fly on his own. He decides with his wife, Sophie to open a restaurant in Douai. They then fall under the spell of a huge room. Its configuration and surface inspired him to create a dual concept. In this fabulous place, Jérôme wants to welcome as many people as possible, by offering a wide range of dishes. He therefore created two spaces, one entirely dedicated to gastronomy: LA TABLE DES ÉCHEVINS and the second more accessible: LE BOTERZING which offers bistronomic catering. In the heart of Douai, this place has been entirely designed so that a lunch or dinner turns into an enchanted gastronomic interlude.
