Nicolas Gouverneur is not at his first attempt! After 15 years in the service of Relais & Châteaux, a 4-year stopover in Normandy as a chef, a first restaurant in Douai Le P'tit Gouverneur, he opened Le P'tit Nicolas in April 2012.
